DESCRIPTION:It’s time to Pause. Breathe. Connect. \nThis event will start with a gentle check-in and intention setting.  We will then move into a meditation before getting into guided circular breathwork (in and out through mouth\, deeper and faster than your regular breath\, no pauses). DESCRIPTION:We are ending the year at Breathing Space Counselling by soaking in the Winter Solstice with a beautiful sound bath hosted by our very own\, David Yates.
