Access individual counselling with a Registered Therapist from the comfort of your own space – via Zoom (video sessions) or telephone. Ideal for those who have difficulty accessing in-person therapy.

Child & Youth Counselling

For children 6+ and teens experiencing depression, anxiety, grief & loss, neurodiversity (ADHD, autism, etc), challenging family dynamics and more. Sessions offered in Port Moody, BC and online.
